- Made of waxed and water-repellent fabric, this multifunctional jacket can be used as a mid-season garment, as a windproof and rainproof outer layer, or as a winter garment once the specially made 200 gr wool wadding quilt, model 7086-CB (Quilted Jacket/Liner), is attached to the garment.
- The jacket has a central double-slider zip closure.
- Under the zip, when the garment is closed, there is a flap designed to prevent air from entering through the zip.
- It has two front pockets with zip closure, partially covered by two flaps that protect the pockets from water.
At the bottom there is a drawstring to make the garment fit snugly around the hips. - It has two ventilation eyelets in the armpits.
- The arms are constructed ergonomically and at the cuffs there are two toggles with double adjustment buttons.
- It has a detachable hood with a very technical construction, anchored to the jacket with a back zip and four front snap buttons on the front of the high collar.
- This hood attachment system ensures that, even if detachable, it stays attached to the jacket as if it were actually sewn.
- The front flaps of the hood are not free on the shoulder as is usually the case.
- The hood has two drawstrings, one front that allows it to adapt perfectly to the face and one with a rear locking system that allows lateral visibility even when the hood is worn.
- Inside, it is lined with tartan-patterned cotton, has a security pocket with a zip, and on the front, on both sides, the two parts of a reversible Vislon zip allow for the attachment of an inner lining padded with wool from sheep raised in Italy.
