SHIPPING
All shipments are made via TNT courier. In some circumstances (International Shipments and remote areas) the courier may use delivery partners.
Mode
Shipments are guaranteed only in the areas and countries expressly indicated on gaffistore.com . Purchase requests from countries not listed must be evaluated in advance by sending an email to info@gaffistore.com .
For shipments to non-EU countries, it is specified that customs duties are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.
Delivery Times
Delivery of orders placed on gaffistore.com usually takes place within 1/2 working days from shipment, for all shipments in Italy. For remote areas or islands, delivery may be delayed up to 7 working days. For all international shipments, delivery times may range from a minimum of 6 working days to a maximum of 15/18 working days. Delivery times may be delayed during holidays.
In case of delays or blockages due to customs checks or force majeure, Gaffi Store 1966 cannot be held responsible.
Traceability
The traceability of all shipments made is guaranteed by the tracking number inserted in the email sent to the customer at the time of shipment. Where possible, all updates related to the status of the shipment will be sent to the customer (via email or SMS).
Delivery
Upon delivery of the package, the customer is invited, in the presence of the courier, to carefully check the integrity of the packaging, in order to verify that there has been damage to the internal contents or tampering of any kind.
The customer is obliged to check that the sender of the shipment is: Gaffi SRL
In the event that the package does not comply with the standards described above, immediately contact Gaffistore customer service, through the dedicated channels. Any dispute regarding damage, missing items or deliveries to incorrect addresses must reach Gaffi srl no later than 15 days from the delivery date. Otherwise it cannot be accepted.
All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Gaffi Store and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs, cash on delivery costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

Return with Spendable Voucher + 10% Bonus:

Return with Monetary Refund (customer pays shipping):
To ensure your satisfaction, we offer the option to return products for a full refund. However, please note that shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Size Exchange or Item Return (Free Shipping):
If the size or item is not perfect, we are happy to offer a free exchange service. Return shipping is on us to ensure a worry-free experience.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
To ensure that the return or exchange process goes smoothly, please respect the following conditions:
The item must be returned or requested for exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
The item must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, labels intact, warranty seal untampered with and invoice/receipt issued at the order.
The item(s) must be packaged in a cardboard box for protection during transit, preferably the same box used to ship to the customer.
How to make a return or exchange
To start the return or exchange process, follow these simple steps:
Log in to your account on our website and go to the "Returns" section.
Follow the instructions and enter the requested information to begin the return or exchange process. You will be contacted and guided through the process, which includes issuing a prepaid return label if necessary.
Package the item securely, making sure to include all original packaging, intact labels, untampered warranty seal and the invoice/receipt issued at the time of order.
Return the item using the prepaid return label or the shipping method specified in the instructions.

Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, our team will do a quality check to ensure it meets the return conditions. Once the return is confirmed, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
