SHIPPING

 

All shipments are made through the courier TNT, GLS, UPS. In some circumstances (International Shipments and remote areas) the courier may use partners for delivery.


Method

Shipments are guaranteed only in the areas and countries expressly indicated on gaffistore.com. Purchase requests from countries not listed must be evaluated beforehand by sending an email to info@gaffistore.com.

For shipments to non-EU countries, it is specified that customs duties are the responsibility of the customer/recipient.


Delivery Times

Orders placed on gaffistore.com are delivered on average within 1/2 working days from shipment for all shipments in Italy. For remote areas or islands, delivery may be delayed by up to 7 working days. For all international shipments, delivery times can range from a minimum of 6 working days to a maximum of 15/18 working days. Delivery times may be delayed during holidays.

In case of delays and/or blocks due to customs checks or force majeure, Gaffi Store 1966 cannot be held responsible.


Tracking

The traceability of all shipments is guaranteed by the tracking number included in the email sent to the customer at the time of shipment. Where possible, all updates related to the shipping status will be sent to the customer (via email or SMS).


Delivery

Upon delivery of the package, the customer is invited, in the presence of the courier, to carefully check the integrity of the packaging, in order to verify that there has been no damage to the internal contents or tampering of any kind.

The customer is obliged to check that the sender of the shipment is: Gaffi S.R.L.

If the package does not comply with the standards described above, immediately contact Gaffi customer service through the dedicated channels. Any complaint regarding damage, shortages, or deliveries to incorrect addresses must reach Gaffi s.r.l. no later than 15 days from the delivery date. Otherwise, it cannot be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Gaffi s.r.l. and therefore undertake to accept the delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (incorrect address, recipient always absent, incorrect phone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses delivery, shipping costs, cash on delivery costs, and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.

Return and Exchange Policy within 14 days

Return with Redeemable Voucher + 5% Bonus:

We offer the possibility to return the item and receive a redeemable voucher, to which we add a 5% bonus. This option allows you to make future purchases with an added advantage.

Return with Monetary Refund (shipping costs borne by the customer):

To ensure maximum satisfaction, we offer the possibility to return items with a refund to the payment method used.

N.B. Shipping costs incurred by Gaffi s.r.l. will not be refunded.

Please also note that return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Size Exchange or Item Return (free shipping):

If the size or item is not perfect, we are happy to offer a free exchange service. Return shipping is at our expense to ensure a worry-free experience.

 

Conditions for Return and Exchange

To ensure that the return or exchange process runs smoothly, please comply with the following conditions:

The item must be returned or requested for exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.

The item must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, intact tags, the warranty seal untampered, and the invoice/receipt issued with the order.

The item or items must be packed in a cardboard box for protection during transport, possibly the same box used for shipping to the customer.

 

How to make a return or exchange

To initiate the return or exchange process, follow these simple steps:

Contact Gaffi assistance via email, phone, or the WhatsApp button on the website.

Follow the instructions and provide the requested information to start the return or exchange procedure. You will be guided through the process, which includes the issuance of a prepaid return label in case of item exchange, if necessary.

Pack the item securely, making sure to include all original packaging, intact tags, the untampered warranty seal, and the invoice/receipt issued with the order.

Return the item using the prepaid return label or the shipping method specified in the instructions.

Processing Time

Once the returned item is received, our team will perform a quality check to ensure it meets the return conditions. Once the return is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 7 working days. If you requested an exchange, we will do our best to process the shipment of the new item as quickly as possible.
